Set your computers clock using the same time used by the US military! AnalogX Atomic TimeSync uses any NTP server (such as the one run by NIST) and sets your system clock. It can be configured to offset the time by any amount, periodically re-sync the time, plus it even has a built-in NTP server!

ExactTime calls up one of two time-of-day services, obtains the correct time, and sets your system clock. An auto mode that requires no input lets you use a scheduler utility to automatically run ExactTime at regular intervals, or put ExactTime in your StartUp folder so it's run every time you boot up Windows.
TimeRC   v. 2.0   by Karl Sudar
  Size: 156 K    Win95    30-Nov-99
TimeRC is a Windows95-specific time client which synchronizes your PC clock with a number of time servers from around the world. TimeRC uses your connection to the Internet to get the exact time from an SNTP server. A time stamp is obtained using the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP), which returns the time to the nearest second. The program then updates your system time to be synchronized with this time stamp. With this accurate time reading, you can synchronize your watch and every clock in your house to the EXACT time!

Netdate   v. 3.14   by One Guy Coding
  Size: 65 K    Win95, WinNT    30-Nov-99
download
Netdate is to synchronize desktop PC's clock with Unix server. The program requires that you give it a host which is providing the time service on Port 37 (most, if not all Unix boxes, although some may block this service). Getting time from a Unix box you know is using NTP or XNTP to reset its time will give you the most accurate time on your desktop PC. This program seems to be accurate to within about +/- 1 sec. You should have previously specified your local time zone in the Control Panel Date-Time applet. Win95 doesn’t seem to report the time zone strings as documented. You can get around this by setting a TZ environment variable in your autoexec.bat file. This is not necessary since the offset from UTC is reported properly.
