Please note that submission of your post does not guarantee publication. Your submission will be reviewed and if it will benefit our audience, it is likely to be published. We reserve the right to alter/edit any submissions prior to posting.
Before sending us your submission, please ensure:
- It is a unique piece that will be used exclusively at BizOffice.com
- delivers quality content and advice that will be relevant and useful for our readers, using correct html formatting/markup
- the initial request must include all information (links, text, images, sources) you wish to include in the article
- the post makes no infringement on any copyright laws or material

Exclusivity
We ask that all posts you submit are written exclusively for our website. If we find that this is not the case we reserve the right to remove the article from our website.
Formatting and markup
Submissions can be submitted in either Word doc or plain text. Though we do ask that subheadings be the only bold font used in the work. If you wish to include a relevant link to your website, please do so using html or include the url you wish the text linked to within brackets. Please note that while we encourage individuals to include links back to their websites we will not publish articles that include affiliate links, or link to websites that are purely affiliate websites*. Though we highly encourage those authors to submit their own posts to their website and increase the quality of content they are producing for their visitors. Please do not assume that we will know what information you want place where and be as specific in the article or notes as possible.
Please visit our advertisement page for promotional articles, or if the links in your article are directed at commercial websites .
Post length
While we have no restrictions regarding post length, please keep in mind our previous comments that we will not publish articles that do not provide solid and relevant content to our readers. If you can accomplish this in very few words, we will be happy to publish your piece, though we have found most articles will have to be longer than 800 words.
Editing
We will edit all posts before they are published on BizOffice.com. We are not looking to negatively impact your brand but rather will review and edit the articles to ensure that they meet the standards we have set for ourselves. Any submission becomes the property of BizOffice.com once submitted, please submit posts realizing that if our editorial standards are not met, or articles with commercial links are submitted as guest posts they may be edited to remove those items and will be posted. As these articles are our property, any future submission of the same article to another blog site would result in a violation of copyright, which we will pursue to our best ability.
Byline
Each post on our site includes an author’s byline section. This is your opportunity to provide a link to your website, or perhaps your twitter or rss feed. Please make sure you provide this section when submitting your article. If you have already submitted an approved article you do not need to include this section.
Google+
Note: We also ask that all authors include a link to their Google+ profile page. While not mandatory we will look favorably on those authors who have valid profiles. We will include this link with your post and ensure that your post receives full attribution using the author tag.
Thank you for your interest in BizOffice.com. We look forward to hearing from you.
